Dr. Dobbs teaches Theory and Techniques of the Helping Relationships. He is the owner of Indianapolis Christian Psychological Services and consults and supervises counseling services for the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Children's Home in Knightstown. He earned his Master's and Doctorate in Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology.
