Dr. Fuller is the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and is Professor of counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. He joined the faculty in the fall of 1996 after teaching counselor education classes for several years at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Dr. Fuller is a state licensed mental health counselor, a national certified counselor and school counselor. He is in private practice as a therapist and has research interests in adolescence, school counseling and multicultural counseling. Dr. Fuller holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Asbury College, a Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
