Dr. Justice has been a school counselor in Northern Indiana since 1993, has taught education classes for IWU since 2002, had taught counseling classes for IPFW for two years, and currently serves as Coordinator of the School Counseling concentration. Judy has moderated a program for helping divorcing parents for the Whitley County Courts and has helped with divorce and grief groups with her church.

Dr. Justice is a state-licensed mental health counselor and a national certified counselor. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Counseling from Indiana University, and a Doctorate of Family and Youth Studies, specializing in Management of Programs, from Nova Southeastern University.
